Simple and delicious apple pastry made with puff pastry and fresh apples.

What you need
egg

tsp cinnamon powder

tsp cassava flour

box puff pastry

tbsp powdered sugar

tbsp butter

tbsp date
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal rectangles. 4. Spread a thin layer of date paste on each pastry. 5. Thinly slice the apples and arrange them over the date paste on each pastry. 6. Brush the edges of the pastry with a beaten egg. 7. Sprinkle cinnamon and cassava flour over the apples. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the apples are tender. 9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after taking it out of the oven
